The TCK implementation includes source ingestion, reader units, story mapping, review gates and an entitled book reader, alongside the public book and launch pages. These capabilities exist within TCK; they are not yet a separate general-purpose service.

Prove the approach with a second approved work. Keep source rights, editorial control and each project’s material distinct, then separate only the parts that repeat reliably.
