One active workstream, one agreed outcome, and visible working evidence at the end of each cycle.

- Month-end evidence and next-cycle recommendation
Each cycle is prepaid after a signed monthly scope and renews only when the next outcome is approved.
Not included: Unlimited requests, concurrent products, 24/7 support or SLA, vendor fees, large migrations, or formal security and compliance work.
Third-party access and work outside the approved monthly scope are handled separately.
