Answers for your situation
I cannot use online services. What help is available?
The agency says claim phone lines and local offices close at 4:30 p.m. on November 2. The old phone certification service is ending. If online access is a barrier, check the agency’s support instructions before the cutoff. Read the official access and support details
Do I need to start my claim again?
The agency says existing claim information will carry over. Having an existing claim does not require filing a new one solely because of the system change. Read the official account and claim guidance
What changes when the new system opens?
MiUI is the replacement unemployment system. The agency says certification and benefit payments will be weekly. Access will use the state’s MiLogin sign-in service. The old online system and its phone certification service are being retired. Read the transition and sign-in instructions
