A shared playlist experiment.

For: The lab culture layer: a lightweight way for people to add songs, vote, and shape a shared build soundtrack.
Built: Spotify playlist hooks, queue/vote APIs, mobile music-player UI prototype, command-deck counters.
Live: Prototype only; removed from homepage until the playlist/voting loop is reliable.
