Making the seven shop products real
The current shop has checkout closed and physical samples pending. The seven products below match the existing shop catalog and artwork. There are no verified manufacturing technical packs in the inspected source. The keyboard hoodie currently depicts keyboard artwork; working electronics are a separate concept.
The Cyan Drawcord Hoodie and Breast Icon Hoodie have approved variants; Operator Keyboard Pocket V3 and the Operator A-Frame Cap have approved product mockups. Obsidian Gate Relief and Peripheral Signal have approved creative directions, with final product approval still pending. Thinking Tee remains in development. All seven still need physical samples.

For an initial in-house finishing setup, buy professionally made transfers and apply them with a controlled heat press; outsource cap embroidery and unusual relief work. Transfer Express offers ready-to-apply short-run transfers without a minimum quantity. That avoids buying and maintaining a white-ink production system before demand exists. Follow the exact transfer/fabric instructions and test the DRKNYT garment; supplier wash claims do not qualify our sample. Transfer Express UltraColor MAX
A 15 × 15 inch class press with controlled temperature/time/pressure, suitable platens/pads, placement rulers, protective sheets and a stable bench is the useful eventual purchase. Stahls' MerchMaker is one concrete candidate; the reviewed page did not establish a selected U.S. checkout price. The smaller 9 × 12 press could constrain the large artwork. Caps and sleeve seams need their own fixtures or specialist service. MerchMaker
Reserve a proposed $250–500 sample budget for one hoodie variant, one tee, one cap and decoration swatches, using contracted finishing; this is a spending envelope to obtain quotes against, not a verified . It remains separate from the production workshop envelope. Make an adult size specification, placement diagram, decoration files, material list and care instructions. Record shrinkage, wear, seam behavior and wash appearance before taking orders. Children's drawcord versions would need a different specification; has specific upper-outerwear drawstring restrictions. CPSC guidance
